Hovering over the link tells me it's the story about the giant alligator snapping turtle. I saw that somewhere else. Things a beast. We have a couple of them living in our tanks in WTX, but nothing that big. Mostly because there probably isn't much to eat and the levels fluctuate several feet throughout the year.

That is the definition of a baw. He let the turtle go only to realize he did not take hook out. Wrangled him back on shore and removed the hook. Unreal.

Close to me also. Live on Lake Tyler. Musta swum up from the Sabine River and crossed over the dam. No way that big turtle lived in one of these puny East Texas creeks.
