Riding crops aren’t just for horses. You can line out a bad dog and an unruly kid with it too.

I'll be honest, I thought the fact that a 9 year old white kid, who probably had no clue how going to a black family's house with a whip and asking for their daughter to come outside looked.. At first I just saw a dumbass kid and just that idea seemed funny..

But then that little bastard scratched their car.. frick that. And when they went to the parents, the daddy tells them to leave then shoot his gun in the air (I assume). No wonder we have so many god damn crazy fricks running around.

If his daddy would have watched the video, held his son accountable and whipped his arse (not being abusive, I am just talking about a good ole fashion arse whippin). And teach his kid to be more respectful there would be a non story (well im sure there would be people claiming the kid was abused), but too many parents today have that "my kid didn't do it, but even if they did I am going to protect them instead of holding them accountable".

I just accept the fact we live in a clown world and that people do stupid irrational shite.

So reading between the lines of the fifty different stories from the parents...

Kids were hanging out, white kid dropped racial slur at some point and got jumped, little kid starts swinging his skateboard and hits little girl, 13 year old brother finds kid and beats him up, kid brings riding crop with him to beat up older kid because I'm sure his dad uses that to discipline him.

Sounds like two sets of shitty parents doing a disservice to kids that will ultimately lead to more of what we see today culturally continuing into the future.
