Umm, I think I’m missing something. If your levels went back to their prior level when you stopped supplementing, doesn’t that support the notion that you should remain on the supplements?

I think the question was around whether you would stop producing on your own entirely after starting TRT. He was still producing the same as before...meaning being on test then quitting did not alter his normal production.

Hi. I take weekly injections. My buddy takes the pellets.

I take one shot every two weeks. My buddy has to LITERALLY get his arse cheek cut open and the pellets shoved in there like a pouch. Then they see him back up. He said he's so sore afterwards that he can barely sit for like two days. Once my plunger hits the bottom mine is overwith. So it's your call but the pellets ain't worth it to me.

I feel bad for y’all that have to inject testosterone

If y’all only would’ve grown past 5’7 your t levels would be normal

Rewind.

Why?

Everything I read says slowly remove. A broef adjusemt period, and it returns to pre treatment levels.

because if you are getting on TRT your levels are already low.

if you want to do a steroid cycle than do it and do a proper post cycle therapy but that isnt TRT.

trt is to treat those that have low test for a variety of reasons.

Injections. I get mine every 3 weeks. shite works.

why would you get a shot every 3 weeks when the half life of the cypionate and enanthate esters have half lives around 7 days? you literally have insane swings doing this.

take 1 or 2 shots a week of a smaller dosage.

What are your thoughts on taking a low dose of HCG with TRT to keep the nuts in check? So basically TRT, HCG, Anastrozole combo

HCG is fine, no to any AI unless you have estrogen issues while on.

my question is why you trying to keep your nuts in check? if you want to have kids going forward...fine, but if not...let them things shrink and make the shaft look bigger.

Twice a week. Monday and Friday. Anastrozole on wednesday.15 mg of dhea daily.

My dhea levels were lower, my estradol levels were high (being fat does that).

I definitely just feel better. Have more energy. Sleep better. And muscle fatigue is much shorter. Appetite is something that has to be kept in check though.

I just log all of my calories now.

dhea is useless on TRT imo

shouldnt be taking anastrozole or any AI unless you have symptoms of high estrogen, not just numbers on a page

and you need to start lifting weights, not just logging calories(although that is a start). and by lifting weights, i mean really lifting weights, not some BS 5 lbs dumbbell program

some people fully recover to per trt levels, many dont. but if you are low before, and recover to same level...still low so wtf is the point?

damn man, yall really need to switch to 1 shot a week minimum. if you do 2 a week you can do in the stomach fat subq with insulin needle. 100% painless.

Exactly. The ads all attack your “manhood” so dudes automatically jump to go do it

Good luck on finding a doctor to help. If you’re borderline 350 or around 300, a lot of doctors (endos and urologists) won’t help you as you are “in range”.

That was my experience. When I was 45 I tested in the 600 range, a year later I was at 354. I suggested TRT due to some extreme stress and insomnia as well as other factors and he dismissed it and said no need. His partner was in his early 40's and pulled me aside and said BS and recommended 100mg/ml of test cypionate weekly to start (now at 200mg/ml) and it's the best thing I have ever done for my health past the age of 40, along with weight-training 4-5 days a week and walking 10K steps a day. BTW, Sub-Q injections twice a week.

If it will help with these alone it seems worth the effort for me.

PS-I did not think about DHEA. Good mention. Any particular brand for your DHEA? I’m also considering adding 5-10 mg of Boron daily.

Shedding fat. Gaining lean tissue. Improving health.

If I get off and my levels are still low after recuperative efforts, I'll stay on it.

If my body composition improvements leave me in the 4-500 range, I'm okay with that too.

I don't need to be 1200+

My PCP thought I was crazy to even ask about testing my testosterone. Then that came back sub 325. I've been lifting 3x, daily walks, and pushing for 7-7.5 hours of sleep. No alcohol and great diet. It is now sub 350 and I'm still exhausted all the time. Urologist tells me I am exhausted because I wake up at 4am, I nearly told him to frick off.

This happened to me too but it was an endocrinologist referred by my pcp. I was around 250 and he told me to exercise more. Finally went to clinic. Been on for a year and am currently hovering around 800. One injection a week. Expensive but definitely worth it.
