The "It's definitely on the table" line was a direct quote from the video. The "I'm not saying they are up to no good ..." Line wasn't a direct quote, but was meant to be indicative of the general tone of the video.
I probably wasn't as clear about that as I should have been. To be perfectly clear: I think that the target demographic of the video are people who are prone to believe that everything and every activity they don't completely understand is nefarious in nature.
