re: Terrible 90's punk CD commercial

This is a bit off topic, but one thing I miss about CDs is that when you bought them you put it in and listened to the whole thing. Of course there were CDs in which there might have been 2 or 3 good songs, but you also found good music that wasn't just the hits off of the CD.

There are quite a few CDs I remember being able to put in, press play and be able to enjoy the whole thing.

Not punk at all, but if it was $10 on iTunes I might bite, some decent tunes in there, many I haven’t thought about in 30 years

Not one of the songs played was released later than 1988.

They should have called the CD set “Mid-80s Radio Burnout”.

There was a great series of Rhino releases back in the 90s called "radio daze."
Some had really obscure (many of which were one hit wonders) cuts on them like Take a Little Rhythm by Ali Thompson, all our tomorrows by Eddie Schwartz, savanna nights by Tom Johnson, sweetheart (single mix) Frankie and the Knockouts, I believe by chilliwack.
