The wings look dark. Subterranean or drywood termite is my guess. What state are you in?

Looking at the 2nd pic I'd say you have termites in your house. That's a lot of them just to be swarmed.

Formosan termites are subterranean... they are of the more aggressive variety.

Those are swarmers (future kings and queens).. it's not a lot though. Turn off lights and shut windows at night.

Does your drywall guy drink?

Update, so pest guy number 1 said they were some kind of ant flying in through my window. He also noticed some small cracks in the caulking around the window that let in the moisture in to mess up the tape on my dry wall. I'm feeling relieved, but I'm going to get a second opinion from orkin later on today.

Pest guy number one doesn't know what the frick he's talking about. Those are subterranean termites.

I cannot believe how this dude has a job. If the all the wings are the same size and are larger than their body it is a Termite.

The good news is, they will be to pre-occupied with killing each other to do any damage to your house. Also, watch for the needles and crack pipes, even though they're small, they can still do damage when stepped on.
