Yep! When we first moved to TN we had a real shady termite contract come with the house. Guy was a total waterbed salesman. Fired at the first hint of talking down to me. No regrets. Best money I ever saved.
Now back in BR and we do a pest control service but no termite contract. I know exactly what to look for to know if I’ve got termites.

Cancelled ours this year after finding out they just sprayed Bifen on the ground the previous year.
Went ahead and trenched myself with Taurus. Will not have another termite contract.
