Termite Bond

Anyone have good/bad experiences making a claim with one?
I'm in process of buying a house. Evidence of termite activity, which they have treated. No evidence of significant damage, but "proving" what damage there is or isn't is gonna require cutting out walls, which isn't gonna happen.
I'm reading the language in this bond/guarantee. Sounds like there is a TON of room for them to claim damage was pre-existing....in which case the "contract" isn't worth shite!

They are expensive in the beginning(depending on sq ft of your place) but well worth it if you think termites will be a problem.

all those guarantee things are scams, nothing can ever be proven to not be old pre-existing damage the way they word it.
treat it and keep up with regular treatments and just go on living. if it seems solid it is. that is all you can do unless you strip it to bare studs to inspect and document everything

Look at the language, Some termite treatments only cover ground termites...
Others might have "aerial Termites"
Which will void a claim.
I know a guy going through this issue. Thought he had termite protection, but they hit him with...well those are aerial termites...They flew in...they arent from the ground.
