Tell me about Viva Zen

Getting a bottled water from Circle K the other day and saw this stuff called Viva Zen at the register next to the 5 Hour Energy. It was in the same style bottle. It says it's for minor aches and pain. My lower back sometimes aches so I said what the hell and bought one. $7 btw. I drank it and it felt like I took hydrocodone for about 10 mins and then it made me tired as hell for the rest of the day. Did help out with the back though. Anyone else tried this stuff?

No way. Did you read the label at all? I read every label when it comes to these "shots". They don't really have anything worth a crap in them.

never heard of this...if you google it, you will see that it is apparently a shot that induces relaxation...basically the exact opposite of the energy shots...
apparently, there is yet another one called "Mr. Smiley's Euphoria Shot"....this one sounds interesting, too...

Quick google search says it is a form of Kratom, a psychoactive herb from Southeast Asia that is evidently legal here for the time being.

i sell it and use it, fibromyalgia, was miserable, the prescription drugs made me nauseous so i tried it, changed my life. Often it`s confused and used like a 5 hr energy, it`s actually a relaxant not an energy booster.

I've been looking at some stuff on Google the last 30 minutes about people it helps and people abusing it. That's awesome it helps you. Looks like it'll probably end up being pulled from shelves.

it`s illegal in Tennesee and i think one more state, my company has had a few problems with some local law enforcement using bully type tactics, but kratom suppliers have banded together and have their own defense/ lobbying group now, but your right the DEA has their sights on it with big pharm i`m sure pushing to get it off the market. my sales in the last year alone are probably up 10X what they were the year before.

So I have used Kratom in the past and while it didn't overly impress it did serve it's purpose. Figured wth this evening and tried the vivazen.
I used it to wash down 4 Kratom silver caps and it was possibly the worst tasting thing that I have ever experienced.
I am not going to go as far as to compare the effect to any rx opiates but it does have an overall pleasant feel to it.

All I can tell you is that I wouldn't buy any things called viva zen.
