I see their signs popping up around the City. Never been. Is it worth the drive?

It's got a movie theater, ferris wheel, Red Robin and shitty shopping.

Enjoy!!

It's a great venue. Plenty of parking, there's a little outdoor mall right next to it, ferriss wheel. They have a lot of country shows there, but they have had some other big names (Bob Dylan, Widespread Panic, etc.). I lived in Mobile and it was nice being so close. Good place to see a show, and it's right on the water with a few good restaurants and shopping.

It's orange beach so you don't have to go to the Wharf.. I'd rather go to Adventure Island and waste my money there with my kids.

OT ballers go to 30-A, not Orange Beach. We prefer the Baytown Wharf at Sandestin

It is a pretty standard outdoor shopping center that happens to be near the beach. Occasionally hosts concerts and events. It's something to possibly consider if you are at the beach looking for something to do. It is not something to make a special trip for.

Seen several concerts there. Good venue and fun to go on vacation to the beach and hit a big time concert at night.

Definitely great as a concert venue, but the food/shopping is just run of the mill.

Awesome idea for a small resort type area but last time I went a few years ago, it was filled with empty store fronts. There were only a few restaurants and it's hurt by not being anywhere near the beach. It's cool if you own a yacht I guess.

Is it worth the drive for what?

I have only been there when I had to stop with the wife for a specific purpose. If you have a set of nuts, you won't enjoy driving there just to hang out.

How big is the floor area in the venue? Are the seats toward the back of the floor good seats?

We go to Baytowne Wharf. Kids love zip line, wife loves drinking wine at Lumpys. But the billboard made it look like they had all this but just 2 hours closer.

Oh by the way, real OT ballers know that it's called Baytowne not Baytown.

It's usually like that at the theater on George O'neal but I always walk out of there thinking how much I hate white trash.

Development that got crushed in the commercial RE crash in 2007/2008. Has been struggling ever since.

Located on the Intracoastal nice dock facilities and easy access, right by where the Foley Express hits 180.

As noted, the problem is it is not on the beach, and is geared towards people with boats/yachts. If it were in Destin, it would be the place to be.
