I always wanted to visit the bay of Fundy to see the tide change. And the mascot of Maine university is the bears I think. And Minden, LA has a Maine street. But based on public education in northwest Louisiana, that might just be a grammatical error.

I inherited property right outside of Skowhegan from my grandfather, so I used to visit.
DON’T DO IT.
Depressing place, trashy people, no good food except for decent ice cream, a prison right outside of town with lax security and constant escapes.
It’s a methy white trash haven best viewed in a rear view mirror.
