did your daughter throw the carrot?

Aliya said she left class and saw a teacher she had last year in the hallway. So, as a joke, she said she reached for a baby carrot she had stashed at lunch and tossed it towards the teacher, never thinking she'd hit her in the forehead.

This reminds me of that guy who put a tack on my teacher's seat in elementary school.

Good. Maybe if that parent did a better job at raising her child, this would not have happened.

The president doesn't want to meet white kids.

In 8th grade I flicked a booger, gross I know, and it landed in a book. The teacher tried to get me for something like a "missle liable to injure others" and "destruction of school property". Charges didn't stick though

The little shite doesn't seem sorry at all. And the mom, "oh she could just do some in-school or out of school suspension", like it's just what she expects of her spoiled fricking brat kid. If a teacher could still whip an arse they wouldn't need the prosecutors to overreact to make a point.

This kind of faculty power-tripping must be ROOTED out of our schools.

Who is to blame here?

The teacher who called the principal and felt assaulted? by a baby carrot?

The principal who believed a carrot was a weapon?

The police who believed a crime occurred?

The DA who took up the case?

Or the idiot jury who could potentially convict this kid?

Textbook idiocracy all the way around. Stupidity has come full circle and is in all levels of public service.

Every single adult involved in this stupidity, from the teacher, to the principal, to the school board, all the way to the DA that decided to press charges, needs to be fired and tired up to a tree in the town square for about 2 days where people can come up to throw overripe vegetables at their heads and explain just how stupid they all really are.

Give the damn girl detention or even a suspension and be done with it. Better yet, in a perfect would she would have been marched to the principal's office and had her arse lit up and then sent back to class.
