Using your position as a HS teacher to lay the groundwork for getting future poon is probably frowned upon by the parents. It invites grooming young girls for later use. I can see why the school wouldn't allow it.

I understand what you are saying but did he contact them while they were in school? We’re talking 5 years ago, seems fishy.

“Any future conduct of this nature, whether it be through the exact medium or any other may be grounds for termination,” a 2016 disciplinary letter read.
In other words, it wasn't his first rodeo and he got off with a warning that if he did it again it would be more serious. He apparently did it again.
Note that he isn't being prosecuted and he's being paid until the end of the school year anyway, it isn't like he's facing jail time. He's just been told "we meant what we said the first time you got caught" and little else.

I am not against the decision, but the school district needs to stop saying that it doesn't have a policy when this precedent basically establishes one.

True. I was thinking about La law. I went fetch it. I like this and think all 50 shiould adopt it.
