I don't really remember but it was probably mario bros on the NES. If not then it was some ambiguous tiger electronics handheld game.

Great question.
The first one I really remember at the arcade has to be PacMan too.
There was a little convenience store down the street from our house and I would ride my bike there and put a bunch of quarters in that thing.
Then Donkey Kong came out and I was stuck on that. My mom and dad would take my sister and me out to eat and the place we'd go to had Donkey Kong and I played that for hours.
I wish those arcades were still around. Great memories.
