Sounds like a total of 8 people were hit. Only 2 were actually Mexican. Several Ukranians and Russians being some of the others injured.

I think a lot of it depends on the state/area. I think States like Texas, Tennessee, etc would have done something similar in that situation. Matter of fact I don't think that he lives to see the police show up if it happens in some areas like that.
