Good thing because there isn't one of those doohickeys in double entendre.
BTW, it's called an accent aigu and on an English keyboard it's Alt0233 on the numeric keypad. The left leaning accent is called an accent grave and it's formed with Alt0232.

My wife might want to correct my "errant" thinking, but this ad is great. Humorous, informative, attractive woman who is obviously modern and self-aware, a hint of acceptable sexual naughtiness without being vulgar. No degradation there. None. Those ad counsel prudes need to clean up their thoughts.
