Target seems to be like shopping malls in most (somewhat) larger cities. There is a "good" Target and a "bad" Target (or perhaps, Chris Rock may have another descriptive term for the "good" and "bad" stores).

Talked to a regional manager at Dollar General and they are getting killed by thieves .People are just walking in and getting what they want abs walking out.
It’s all good until you remember these are public companies and people invested expect returns. We, the people that pay for goods and invest, will eat these losses.
At some point, communities are going to have to not be ok with this and strengthen laws and ability for stores to react.

Why is it all good up until I remember it’s a publically traded company? It’s cool if it’s a privately held company?
Thieves are such wastes of oxygen. You should be allowed to shoot thieves on sight.
