Men, we start it as young teenagers and into our 20s. Women hit theirs around the age of 30. So it makes sense (I hate to out it that way) when each sex is at the peak of their sex drive that this happens. And why it makes older dudes going for younger (illegal aged girls) disgusting. The male is more likely be a willing participant where as girls, it seems like they are targeted and have to be groomed, etc.

It has zero to do with that because in this case both were well below their peak..
People attracted to minors almost always were preyed upon by adults when they were kids. They just pass the disease down.
