I'll agree with Mr. Suber's demands only if he agrees that white tax dollars cannot be used towards welfare, food stamps or section 8 for black people.

And to your point about the schools, they really aren’t as bad as they were 12 years ago so that argument is pretty much played out. There are plenty of options for good schools these days.

So - a bad white collar job market, high crime and bad schools coupled with high real estate prices needs further explanation as to why the market is in a bubble? Austin, Nashville, and Dallas have economies and schools that warrant 350k middle class homes. Booming economies, top rated schools, fortune 500 companies. Nola has none of that. It's easy to see if you don't have blinders on. It might be 1 year or 10 years but it will burst.
