Somebody posted a picture of the vantage point of the swat guy a few pages back. He's shooting under the overhead cover of Bennie's car wash detail area. There's like 1 pole and a vacuum cleaner. It was pretty wide open.

Reading what I have, I realize that it might not have been nearly as difficult a shot as most assumed when the police chief was describing it. I just question anyone declaring the shot "easy" without knowing anything other than it was taken at 100 yards (which was reported).
