Swallowing pills

Anybody else can't swallow pills to save your life? I don't know why but I can't swallow them for shite. But went to the doctor today and got some so I'll try again.

Here is what I tell my kids at work when they struggle with this.
Go buy some mini M&Ms and practice with those. Once you are able to swallow those whole...move on to regular sized M&Ms.

Are you swallowing horse pills?
ETA: Just relax when you take medicine.
Also, not sure if this will work but maybe spray some Chloraseptic to numb your throat. Possibly it would make the pills go down easier.

just crush the pills down to a fine powder. Roll up a dollar bill and snort. Gets into your system quicker anyway
