Very true, but I would bet money on most fish at all sushi places have been frozen prior. Freezing the fish will pretty much kill all the parasites, the question becomes when it's thawed.

And some say ceviche is okay, they say the lime juice chemically "cooks" the flesh. frick that. Put some heat on that.

Unless you catch it yourself I'd venture to say all fish have been frozen.
