Most of the lower chord is in tension except a few spans on each side of the piers.

Probably due to a little visual analysis of the truss configuration.

Anybody here has an employer doing something to compensate for the bridge being closed? We are most likely gonna start up on 4-10's

Probably one of those that said an upper deck to the South End Zone would never be added to Tiger Stadium because it would extend into South Stadium Drive.
