So was at my Dr today for my yearly physical
And due to my working outside all day, he did mention I was quite red and needed to use sun screen more

So what do my fellow OTers use.

Particularly one who’s outside 8-9 hours a day during work. Something that doesn’t burn when I sweat (and i like to have some beers after work so the next day I definitely sweat out the booze), and also what SPF? 50? I’m pretty fair skinned

Thanks baws

Spf 30 and above. Wear long sleeves, sunglasses, and a hat if you can.

Spf 30 or higher and yes, make sure head and neck are covered. Don't risk it, mom got melonoma from too much sun over the years.

Did you wash all the garnet makeup off before your visit?

I notice the indigenous terrain specialists out here, that are in the sun for just about all daylight hours, and have natural tans, all cover up, long pants, sleeves, hats with wide brims, and cooling scarf around the neck, I'm sure they also use sunscreen

I wear sunscreen everyday and usually reapply when I know I’m going to spend significant time outside. I also wear a hat and long sleeves. Skin cancer ain’t no joke
