So mesoscale stuff got this slight risk day rocking huh? Was a little surprised to see a 9 page thread when I checked TD. Then the pictures and radar shots on page 8...frick.

You do find the best weather porn.

And the snow isn't too much of an issue. It is May, the sun will eat it as soon as it comes out and this region gets a ton of snow so the roads are plowed by monring. Plus any extra to the snowpack is welcome with fire season fast approaching.

The pain in the arse is there is a lot of fun stuff to do above 10,000' and it is still pretty snowy at that level. This isn't going to help.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR EASTERN
PONTOTOC AND LEE COUNTIES...

At 921 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located near Troy, or 8 miles south of Pontotoc, moving northeast at
35 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
