Youre right that is ghetto. I grew up going to St Jude and Gardere wasnt too bad. It is now. Just stay on Highland haha

I lived near there as a kid. Gardere was nice then.

I haven't posted my "Good ole days of Gardere" essay in quite a while. May have to haul it out of the trunk....

Yeah I went to school at St Aloysius but went to church at St Jude (they didnt even have a school yet). I am very familiar with the area.

You sure about this? Most new construction is all underground now from the tie-in. This subdivision will all be underground as well but that power line along the road will stay unless the developer pays to run it underground at the entrance.

Considering that the price has increased significantly for said $350K lot since the summer, I'd say yeah selling won't be an issue.

I have not heard this. They planned on realigning the inersection, but this happened first.

That curve needs to be straightened out, not a light
