How exactly do they need to "grow up?" Taking a stand for gay rights is very grown up. Or, do you mean Republican style "grown up?" Start a few needless wars? Become rich by cheating others? Taking advantage of the economically deprived?

As much as I disagree with safe spaces, maybe we should ask why people feel unsafe first

She's not going to like that. You should call her Princess Missy.

Listen, I consider myself socially liberal. But walking past a fricking restaurant is going to trigger an emotional response in gay students?

I guess it appears that the only way you can get things done in 2017 is by having an irrational fear of something and threatening with violent protest if you don't get your way.

You always get more of what you subsidize. The minute the first of the SJWs saw how successful acting like crying trashbabies could be in getting what they wanted, the game was set.

sn't this something that can be resolved on its own though?

If the student body is that offended by CFA, then they won't eat there. CFA would lose money and pull the store from that location.

If the store succeeds, then what would that tell you?

DON'T BRING YOUR CAPITALIST LOGIC INTO MY SAFE SPACE!!

Its nasty and greasy, not good. I admit that I have never been there, but I do know the food is not good for you.

Edit: I already said I'm usually against safe spaces.

It's also assbackwards, disingenuous, and ridiculous to call the fears of a marginalized group "irrational."

There's 1000s of years of evidence to suggest they should logically be fearful. Just like anti racist laws, a bunch of pro-gay laws never stop the homophobes from being shittards or from finding ways to make gays life hell.
