Truth. Maybe Scruffy is just cynical. Each of these stories appear weekly and Scruffy just doesn't care. There are people out there who have these same problems, but they don't go and seek attention through the internet.
It's like doing something incredibly selfless and then going and proclaiming to everyone you know how you helped someone out.
It just irks Scruffy.

After it went viral, employees and managers at both Jackson locations have faced death threats, have had drinks thrown at them through the drive-thru window and have faced constant verbal harassment, the source confirmed. One employee told the Leader-Call on June 20 that it was the first day since the firestorm erupted that he would wear his KFC work shirt in public.
Lol. I know what it's like to feel like the world hates you just because of where you work. In 2008 we were warned not to wear any of our bank's apparel or accessories (umbrellas) after the bailout.

I said something like this earlier to a friend. I agree. But I also am pretty sure I am just a cynical a-hole.

I know what you mean. I gave a $100 to a wino outside the liquor store who was collecting for this family. Maybe he hasn't mailed the money yet.

I think the only way to resolve this is to lock Nancy Grace in a room with the three pit pulls.

honestly, this doesn't suprise me at all...I heard it on the morning news here a week or so ago and I remember telling myself that it sounded like bullshite to me...something just didn't seem right...
what is fricked up is that a bunch of innocent employees have likely been put through hell during this investigation...

I'd sue them if I donated money. Should be a pretty easy fraud suit to recover the money plus a little bit

Everybody would have saved themselves some hard-earned money if they'd just listed to me.

They'll have a fund set up by Monday and by Wednesday it'll have $100K in it. Granted, if it goes toward helping the little girl with the injuries, it's not all bad.

Just like every viral post on Facebook, this story will be revealed to be bull shite within two weeks.
