DOJ could have told Sterling's 20 minutes of Alton having a hand on gun and bullet hole in leg, and one comment about the Cop putting a gun to his head.
They would have heard gun to head. It is what family does

Do we have people on this thread on either side that think Jeff Landry is a capable AG? Am I taking crazy pills? He's ABYSMAL. I shouldn't let this guy defend me in a food fight

Gary isn't even repeating the nonsense about saying bitch I'm going to kill you. It's on his fb.
He simply said I will shoot you. Which is EXACTLY what Broome and her minions recommend when it came to police reform. He gave a warning just like the new rule states.

I'm having a hard time believing this. If it were true than they would have had to press charges.
Guess I'm wrong, in the DOJ report:
quote:
The videos show the officers as they arrived on scene and engaged with Sterling. The videos show that the officers directed Sterling to put his hands on the hood of a car. When Sterling did not comply, the officers placed their hands on Sterling, and he struggled with the officers. Officer Salamoni then pulled out his gun and pointed it at Sterling’s head, at which point Sterling placed his hands on the hood.
Not really a good look. Of course it doesn't say what Salamoni said to him.

I went to HS in BR and a few of my classmates became cops a few years after graduation with no ambition for ever going to college. These were the HS "hardasses". It's pretty sad why anyone would want to become an LEO down here when they can get a plant operating job making double + of what a cop makes.

He had multiple chances to avoid that night. He made repeated poor choices. Let's not act like the cops drove to his house and murdered him.

Only way they'll ever feel like they have authority over anyone. SAD!

Gun to head and gun pointed at head are entirely different things.

Well that still isn't just walking up to him when arriving and pointing a gun to his head

Reading between the lines he was a big dumb animal too stupid to realize how happy he should be?

Considering they were responding to a call about a man pulling a gun on someone its understandable
The cops rolled up and one pointed a gun at him from a distance. He didn't run up on him and stick the gun to his temple

Did you read the DOJ. report?
No, she didn't. KB, just like "make it up as I go along" Gary, doesn't work with facts.

I just watched about half of Gravy's FB live. Literally just trying to anger his community unnecessarily. I find it HIGHLY unlikely the DOJ would report about this case detailing what they saw, include quotes by both officers, and just so happen to leave that little detail about "I will kill you" out. Gravy is just trying to find reasons to complain because everything they hoped would be there, just isn't.

KB, you do know that one of the requirements is a degree, don't you? You ignorant, crazy twat

Well if he pointed a gun at his head and said "I'm going to kill you bitch" then in my mind, that makes the cop the aggressor.
