So did the House have the votes this time to over rule JBE? I heard they did and were going to over rule him but thats when JBE decided to go to phase 3. Any truth to this?

I’m still being told now that if the legislature overturns the EO, Edwards can’t make any EOs for 60 days including for hurricanes. Meaning no disaster area — no fema help — no national guard.

You and me both. Don't worry though, all of the bitter dumbass "Republicans" that voted that googly- eyed sloth in office will be there to vote for another dumbocrat governor in the next election. Wash, rinse, repeat.
