Where are we of this? I know one judge upheld his ability to do it, but shouldn’t it go to an appeals court, and eventually the state Supreme Court?

It is coming, JBE will go back to phase 1...he is a control freak!

Nothing will happen. JBE has the legislature by the balls.
Our only options are the following....
1.) Recall.
2.) Impeachment
3.) Waiting him out until he voluntarily leaves office whether it be early or termed out as Governor.
Elections have consequences. Make rational and pragmatic choices at the ballot box instead of being pissed your candidate didn't make the runoff.
