It's pretty typical and predictable that a lot (not all) of people here are deflecting, blaming, and even Focusing on the English of this racist girl from a racist family.

What exactly is your issue with people commenting on how horrifically written this paper was? I'm not sure how anyone can read the first paragraph and not be pretty floored by how poorly written it is. A brief perusal of the Gravy Chambers circuit shows it's also one of the most common themes in the comments from his crowd as well. Are they, too, typically and predictably deflecting and blaming? No, they too are mocking what is one of the most poorly written papers imaginable from someone in a private high school.

But I would say that assuming her family are racists on account of some ignorant, disorganized, and hardly intelligible musings from a high school girl you know nothing about is rather presumptive on your part.

It's her opinion. A tragically written one at that. Why would we take the words of a high schooler so seriously? She's a dumb, immature kid. It doesn't warrant a serious rebuttal the way you're rambling nonsensical gibberish does. To wit, you present your ideas in a coherent logical way. Regardless of the intellectual deficiencies.

Presumptive, yes, but more than likely correct as well.

I reject this premise. High school kids have all kinds of fricked up ideas and worldviews that aren't the same as their parents. And particularly in the age we live in today, they can be exposed to any ideas and worldviews imaginable via the internet. There are white, upper middle class teenagers getting sucked into ISIS. There are kids much brighter than the author of the abomination paper in question that fall victim to rhetoric and ideas on the internet that have nothing to do with their parents or even the attitudes and values of the prevailing culture.

Thus I just really don't see the point in assuming in complete ignorance that her parents are the source of her thoughts. Are her parents the source of her 5th grade writing skills as well? Or perhaps is this girl just resting on the short end of the stick? I think that she is lacking in the smarts department is self-evident and I can't quite understand the inclination to immediately extrapolate that her parents must be the underlying source for her ignorance.

Well you're not doing yourself any favors with that jumbled mess of a sentence....If you can even call it that.

false analogy (another one by you) . . . Chambers, mongoloid that he is, has a degree of political influence . . . this student is just a kid.

Did you read the whole thing? This is exactly her way of thinking. She assumed a black guy was bad, saw same black guy getting arrested. In her mind, she was justified in her thinking.

You are no diff than her other than being able to spell.

Sorry but Bishop Sullivan was/is a very trashy school. There is just no two ways about it. I don't think I even know where the campus is.

I don't know enough about it. I was pointing out someone was assuming something about someone yet trash the girl for doing the same.

Catholic, Baptist, Episcopalian, private, public. One thing holds true, Christians are a hypocritical bunch regardless of what school they went to.
