I'm guessing. The good reverend saw fit to schedule a gathering at 7:00. Probably remain peaceful while that's going on. Really makes no difference to me what the race is. If the cop is white, Id bet the farm he didnt pull the trigger because he saw an opportunity to kill a black. If he is black, it wont change anything because black cops are just the white man's puppets.
