What is the park going to do, call their dad to come pick them up?
If they cannot get in touch with a parent or guardian, and there are no adults there that are 18 or older, immediately contact DCF.
Will fix itself quickly.
If there is an adult there and they are running wild, immediately trespass all of those involved.

This requires laws to be enforced though

Most, if not all, Six Flags parks do require a chaperone of 21 years or older now. I think some parks were more hesitant than others to institute it though.
The St Louis website says their policy goes into effect this weekend, I'm sure in response to this incident.
