I don’t think you understand what arbitrary means.
The smaller the concentration is on a “safeszone” the less effective the argument. For instance, if there are three murders one street in a year, would you argue that because a certain house has never experienced a murder, that home is safe?

I've read this entire thread. My biggest question is this: Why didn't you simply Google the address to begin with? Were you trying to ask a legit question in the OP, or did you think it was rhetorical since that address had to be in StG?

What you and other idiots fail to understand is that gerrymandering can only be done by a government not a group of private citizens, and in order for gerrymandering to take place, there must be an electoral advantage achieved. Just getting the vote passed is not an electoral advantage. St. George by incorporating gains no more seats in Congress, no added advantage in the state legislature, not even an advatage in the Metro-Council. St. George simply looked at the first petition signature numbers by precinct and in those areas that by a statistical lack of participation chose not to be in SG, chose to honor their wishes and not include them in the next petition effort. Does that explain it fully enough for your simple arse dickeater?
