Thanks for answering my question above regarding the Trophies. Clearly those are Marksman Trophies the shooting brother won in a family competition.

What kind of event? Daytime/nighttime? Alcohol? Details? Might know someone (no, not the guy in this thread, lol), but your friend's best bet might be to contact the Sheriff in West Fel about hiring some off-duty deputies (and the East Fel Sheriff, depending on the size of the event and the number of deputies needed).
