If I had to use a tub, I'd be throwing away a half full pint every two weeks.

I've found the secret to keeping tubs good is to never use a dirty spoon in it. Always a clean spoon out of the drawer. I've kept the big tubs good for over a month using this method.

Now, making a spouse or kids follow the same stringent sour cream rules is another matter altogether.

Do people be using dirty spoons then putting it back in fridge for day/weeks? That's just asking for stuff to grow in that nutrient rich environment. Offf course it's gonna spoil that way. Some of ya'll just nasty.

How much sour cream is your household going through?

Not a lot, which is why the squeezable, air sealed container is such a game changer. It significantly cuts down on waste.

It’s easily worth the extra $0.50 or whatever it is.

Millennial cuck.

Millennials were born all the way back in 1981 (me). The first group of them grew up with landlines, no computer until middle school, riding bikes until the streetlights turned on, etc. To your point, they'd be teenagers in the 90s, even going to college.

I'm so tired of people misunderstanding the generational definitions. You're thinking of Generation Z.

by "dirty spoon" I'm referring to using the same spoon you just used to dish out the taco meat, or pico de gallo. Basically anything with a speck of food on it......not pulling one out of the sink.

It's an OT trope. I thought you'd get it with the customary "cuck" at the end.
