A 15-year-old Washington boy and his 17-year-old brother operated a prostitution ring that employed underage hookers who kicked back money to the duo’s mother, according to investigators.
The accused pimps--Dionte Hunter and his older brother Thaishaun--are locked up on felony charges stemming from the prostitution business, which operated from their Spokane home.

Police first learned that the brothers were turning out several women via backpage.com ads after Thaishaun was arrested for a January shooting.

During the recorded jailhouse calls, the Hunter brothers discuss how a 14-year-old prostitute is “making all the money,” though the girl was beaten as punishment for “fricking up a call.” Dionte then told his brother that the girl “looks too young,” adding that her “face is fricked up.”

The pair recruited teen girls, some as young as 14, and forced them to advertise themselves on Backpage.com, a classified advertising website, investigators said.
The girls posted scantily clad pictures of themselves — erotic photos that were shot inside the Hunter family home — and charged $400 for a date. The brothers collected the profits, police said.
Some of the funds went to jailed Thaishaun's commissary account, and they boys gave some of the cash to their mom, police said. No charges have been filed against the teens’ mother.

They don't call Spokane Spokompton for nothing. Glad to see these kids kick it up a notch and scrap the lemonade stand for a more lucrative endeavor.
I suspect they got this idea from National Lemonade Day and just added some underage girls in lieu of the Lemonade. $1 per cup for a lemonade or $400 for a 14 year old girl. They gambled and lost on their business model.

The mother of the boys accused of running a prostitution ring in Spokane says her sons Dionte and Thaishaun Hunter are good boys but they have made some bad choices. She says that it's nothing like police are making it out to be though.
She sent us several photos of her sons via Facebook saying that she is outraged at the allegations against them. She told Caitlin Rearden by phone that she doesn't believe her sons are guilty and believes that "police are abusing their power, creating ridiculous charges out of next to nothing."
Their mother says she never received a dollar from either of her boys or her grandson's mother and had no knowledge of any prostitution ring.
She describes Dionte as an "all star athlete" who had such a bright future and was an excellent student. "Dionte, is not a criminal," she says.
She tells KHQ Thaishaun has been charged with leading organized crime but says police don't have the grounds to charge him. She says the family is still fighting it. "This has turned my life upside and I still have my daughter and grandson to raise," she says.
The boys' mother has not been charged with anything. Police said that they would not comment on it.
