The shortest I’ve experienced was my mother in law. She married a guy after knowing him for about 10 months I would say.
Stayed married 3 years, not together anymore.
They were both older too (mid 40s to mid 50s)

I knew my wife for 10 weeks before we got married. 20 years and going strong.

My grandparents knew each other for 2 weeks before getting married. They were married for 55 years until my grandfather died.

Really everybody I know took it slow. Two of my buddies knew their partners for two years or thereabouts. One is divorced the other has a kid and seems content.

She also was telling she got pregnant from a one night stand but told me she actually was seeing him for a month before gettin pregnant. She could never tell me why she thought it was a better idea to tell everyone that she got pregnant from a one night stand rather than a short term relationship.
