Exactly. You'd have at least a top ten list before you'd get a Southern state, but the first Southern state listed would be Georgia.

Unless you are referring to something else then no I don't follow, it's only blacks who are persecuted by racism.
What about Hispanics and Native Americans? Not a lot of black people here, but many white people are racist against Hispanics and Natives out here.

Having lived all over the country, the answer to this is one of the midwestern states - Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa or Indiana.

South Florida isn't a state but I would say per capita it is one of the least racists areas in the country.
Something I have grown to like about it. And whites do not make up a majority of Dade county.

Can't comment on the Hispanics, have never seen or viewed any racism towards them other than people being pissed they took a shite on a construction or job site.

Totally not true. One of my best friends in the military was a white guy from South Dakota. He didn't see his first black person until the age of ten.
