I know this is a sore subject today but don't rule out Texas, the job market is tops in the US.
At one point there were over 100K people moving to DFW per month.

Denver, Salt Lake City, and Seattle would be my top choices. I've heard good things about Minneapolis as well.
Colorado Springs, Santa Fe, Dallas, and Boston would be in the next tier.
