I haven’t read it, but can’t wait for employers to stop paying for health insurance because your not vaccinated.

In which if the Pilots were smart they would slowly taper back. Southwest likely needs at least 85% of their flights in order to be profitable. Cancelling flights over just offering fewer flights is likely a lot more expensive, have to offer refunds and alternatives and more staffing to handle that.

I haven't been paying close attention, but there's no reason for over a week or so once SW gets the initial nut punch they've had to continue the issues. Spread out their issues to allow the impact to last longer.
