I’m all seriousness, if everything you said is true then you are already behinds the 8-ball. If you have a custody agreement then abide by it. When it’s your turn to have the kids then go get them. Bring them back on time. Give the court no reason to discredit you.
Keep a level head as difficult as it will be.
Spend time with your kids and make memories.
Document. Document. Document.
Not just a journal/log of events, but record every phone call, meeting in person, group meeting, all of it. (if you live in LA you can record so long as one person in the conversation(you) knows it’s being recorded but check with your local law if you don’t live here). There are apps out there that can record phone calls.
GET A LAWYER.
Shop around and don’t just get the cheapest or your coworkers’ buddy that graduated last year. Get an established lawyer with some clout and get one yesterday.
Good luck.

Exactly. Save every text message (keep your cell phone and dont get a new one - Best evidence rule), save every email, and those FB pages, print them every time she posts something new. Ignore the new boyfriend - he has no right to your kids as he is not their father. Parental alienation can be proved in court. Get a BOARD CERTIFIED family law attorney to handle this mess. There is a very good reason why they are board certified.

You have a cut and dry case. Any decent lawyer will help you get this cleared up.
She has to by law let you see your kids if you have joint custody. Document everything. Best of luck to you
