The early prognosis of your generation is... not good. But it's not really your fault. Your parents did a shitty job raising y'all because their parents did a shitty job raising them so your parents didn't know any better. Y'all are forced to go to schools that are more reminiscent of prisons run by inmates or asylums run by psychotic patients than of actual institutions of learning. Your parents don't care about you enough to set up opportunities for you to meet kids your age in the real world and hang out, which would be bad enough, but then they do the one thing even worse than locking you in your room, they hand you a tablet with an Internet connection and let that be your social life. The older generations love to shite on you for how fricked up you turned out (they did it to us too) but the truth is that no generation would come out of that shitshow with its collective heads on straight.
Those of you who either had good parents or the good sense and luck to break out of that insanity need to stick together and ruthlessly gatekeep the shitty losers out of your life. It's the only way to stay sane. You won't have as many people to call friends but you'll have more people who actually are friends and will carry you through.
Good luck buddy it's a total shitshow.
