Then you don't like IPA's. No big deal.

Its my favorite beer, but they're making me fat, so I've had to really cut back.

Sweetwater IPA might be served with my last meal if it was allowed (or some Pappy).

I don't get the infatuation with IPAs either...

However, Pappy is amazing. I was gifted a bottle for my wedding. The wife and I each made a drink (neat of course) and the bottle has been put away. When our first child is born, another shot will be had.

Exactly what I was trying to say. The only time I remember enjoying watching a game at someone's house was when it was just 3-4 guys, no women, no kids

I don't mind watching most games with people at bars. But......

when it's a big game or we are just flat out playing badly in football/baseball, I'll walk outside to my car and listen on radio or watch through a window standing outside the bar.

I hate random strangers' negative commentary. I want to strangle them or at least berate them, but can't.

Reading this, and agreeing with many of the things listed, makes me feel like I don't like much stuff.

Or that one friend that went to ULL for a semester trying to crack jokes about how poorly LSU is doing that game.

never understand the fascination for paying $8 for a crappy chicken sandwich on a brown bun. the same price you get a family 8 piece from popeyes.

the price may be the same but the experience most certainly is not.

pay $8 for a chicken sandwich served to you with a smile and a thank you

or

pay $8 for a few pieces of chicken served to you with a "you're interrupting my day and i hate my job" stare.

I've been trying to spread the information. LaPlace(and i think NOLOA area) McDonalds now have the Hot n Spicy McChickens on a biscuit. $1.19. Baton Rouge doesn't have this yet.

That shite is LEGIT and 1/3 price of a chick-fil-a biscuit.

Amen. People are always jizzin their jammies about the next great concert. I never get that feeling.
I'll go to Garth Brooks with my GF b/c she pays for the tix. Nola 2015 and Laffy 2017 are the last two concerts I've been to.

Now live music in a bar as a complement to an existing social gathering is fine.

I'm pretty much the opposite. I enjoy a good concert, I'll pay to see someone that I really enjoy, but I'm there for that reason.

At a bar, frick your loud arse live music that no one cares about. Turn it the frick down so I can talk to the people I came here to talk to. And you probably suck anyway.

As much as I babble IRL and here. I agree. I also love to eat alone at a restaurant. Weird.
