My brother has one with about 50 grand tied up in it. We always just rode four wheelers which aren't cheap either.
If it's what people like to do for a hobby, by all means go ahead. The average bass angler has at least 60k tied up in a boat and gear. In some cases the boats are over 100k

I couldn't imagine paying that much for a boat that looks like it's decorated for a pride parade.

Hell, a Suzuki Samurai is basically a side by side.
K Truck sir. Look em up. They are basically Japanese small trucks, with unkillable diesel engines. Some ole boy in the country has already imported and can be yours for about 3K. Easy to fix and maintain. Hell...oil companies should run these as the majority of their field trucks. Ford would get them banned.
