Been seeing all these "Proof of Flat Earth" videos popping up on YouTube and did a quick search. Yep, it's for reelzies.
Vice interview with Flat Earth society members.
Youtube Search -- 'Flat Earth proof' (filter: videos submitted this week) yielded 7 pages of results.
Seems like way more than an elaborate troll to me.

You don't know about puddle theory bro???
Just heard joe rogan talking about this a few weeks ago, and I thought it was just a gimmick. Couldn't believe these tin foil hatters actually existed.

Hop on a rocket and look at it from outer space.

I have a cousin who believes that the earth is flat, that income taxes are voluntary, and that as a sovereign citizen, the US government corporation has no jurisdiction over him.

I don't have a rocket nor any fancy gagets.
Show me how to prove to myself it is not flat. Not just "everybody knows" bullshite.

Ok. But I fail to see how the sun appearing proves the world is not flat.

The hollow earth people think they know it all. Totally obnoxious to a flatlander.

I blame this craziness on home schooling.

Speaking of wild theories: since gravity can bend light, what if the universe isn't as immense as it appears but the light bends on itself over time and gravity causing a sort of amusement park fun house affect. We are just seeing reflections of our near universe at multiple angles.
