What that sounds like is that he was basically being told how to run the airport and who he should allow to do what and he was not about to have to deal with all that PC bullcrap

I'm sure he does. He just doesn't want to get involved with the politicians and politics in Baton Rouge. I'm guessing the local government in Austin is a bit....lighter when it comes to how they interact with him.
