I try to avoid any kind of road rage stuff because of this exact reason. Soooo many insane people out there these days that have no reservations with pulling the trigger on a complete stranger.
Whenever someone is acting with over-the-top aggression from the seat of their car, whether I'm on foot or driving, I ALWAYS assume that the person has a gun and that gun is the source of their balls. I've stressed this point to my wife and kids as well. It's not worth it to try to go tit for tat with them.

Member of the US military...

Why not identify which branch?

That is super odd.

I'm guessing army or NG from the tshirt but I could be way out of date with current uniforms.

Don’t be surprised by the bottom of the barrel recruits they all have accepted the last few years.

I’m aware. Unfortunately know one who had a DUI and a gun charge. No discharge. He’s a real POS and has no business wearing the uniform.

I don't know anything about when its appropriate to wear a uniform, but if he is out and has time to stop and shoot at someone who gave him road rage.. What would be the purpose of him wearing his uniform?

Exactly, a textbook POG - Glock .40 in a kydex chest holster, driving a Dodge Challenger, and wearing his uniform in public trying to pick up women or get the restaurant discount.

You are right. I need to do a better job at this. I just hate people holding up traffic because they are on their phones

UCMJ could send him to Leavenworth.

military will administratively discharge him for the commission of a serious offense so that the civilian courts can deal with him, and then in civilian court, he'll probably have the charges drastically reduced and he'll face little to no punishment.

More and more military members nowadays are people that would've gone to work at the DMV or some other lowly public service. I knew some people doing ROTC at LSU and it was horrifying to think they would be officers.

Several here were speculating there was "more to this ladies story". There wasn't. This is just how crazy young black males in Baton Rouge are. They get frustrated, they kill somebody.

Not just a Baton Rouge thing. That's black culture pretty much anywhere.

'Stranger' 'Soldier' 'Teen'

Any descriptor to avoid the obvious.
