So let me get this straight regarding “studies”

So clinical hcq studies showing success with the virus are “only anecdotal”, but all these “studies” showing the “coronavirus CANT spread with the use of masks” are scientific fact? I’m just trying to make sure I have it straight.

Studies only have validity if they agree with progressive agendas.

Regardless of political intent of every medical mandate, chart, suggestion, etc., most every "expert" is simply conjecturing based on some facts. It's simply a case that we really don't know.
Compare to a bunch of Saturday morning Game Day prognosticators offering up their thoughts on how the day's games are going to play out.

If masks can reduce spread by even 25% then its worth it

I agree with you - recall that Dr. Fauci was originally of the OPINION that masks were unnecessary, but now he has seen the light and is now of the opinion that they are necessary. He's been re-educated, and I'm afraid that you and I are going to be subjected to re-education soon.

Nope, I’m not suggesting any studies are either fact or bullshite. I’m pointing out the hypocrisy and politicizing of the hole study bullshite. People cite studies only as fact when it fits their agenda. We couldn’t use hcq bc we needed 10 years of peer reviews double blind placebo led studies, but we are blindly told to wear masks bc someone said something and we are supposed to take it as scientific fact, when in fact we don’t have “x number of years of double blind studies” to show THIS virus is blocked by any face covering.

The studies supporting HCQ were small sample size studies. That's why scientists were saying "we don't know yet," while trump was saying it was the cure. Since that time, several large studies have concluded that HCQ doesn't work. We were giving HCQ presumptively before the larger studies came out, but have since stopped across the world because we know it doesn't work.
The study supporting face mask wearing is a meta-analysis. That is the strongest form of study out there. They combined the results of 172 different studies and reviewed them all and concluded it to be effective.

Mask suggestions are likely also based on other respiratory diseases with similar vehicles of germ transfer and studies done with those as well.

Internet comment sections are currently being overrun by people who pulled a C- in their high school science classes. people seem to think that it's impossible for best practices to change based on new scientific data. Now if something changes then it must have been a hoax all along.

I thought those studies were proven corrupted and they started using it again.
I haven't been following all that much since that main study saying it was not working was exposed.

CANT spread??? Where are you getting your info?? Social media is killing us. Literally and figuratively!! The site is filled with people who are (in large part) responsible for States being forced to close down again. It is only partial closures FOR NOW. We are this far into it and people are still clueless. Go ask Florida and Texas how their plan worked out. People are back to being jobless now. There goes your beach or Disney vacation. I wonder how much acting like there is ”nothing to worry about” is going to cost them this summer??

I can recall that except that is not what happened. He said he was the expert, is the man, and presented it as fact that everybody else is to live by. Nowhere in there did he say it was his opinion.
